Terms of use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Centric PSA. By signing in, you agree to them. If your organization has its own agreement with Centric, that agreement comes first where the two differ.
Your account
- Your account is for you only. Do not share your password or your sign-in links.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you think someone else used your account, tell your PSA administrator right away.
How to use Centric PSA
- Use it for your organization's work.
- Enter true hours, expenses and notes.
- Do not try to see data your role does not allow, or get around a permission.
- Do not probe, overload or attack the service, or run automated tools against it other than the ones it offers.
- Do not upload anything that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.
Your organization's data
The records in Centric PSA belong to your organization. Its administrators can see, export and remove them. Centric does not claim ownership of them.
The AI assistant
Copilot can be wrong. Check what it tells you before you rely on it. When it proposes a change, nothing is saved until you confirm it, and you stay responsible for what you confirm.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Centric PSA running, but it can be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Features may change over time.
Suspension
Your organization can turn off your account at any time. We may suspend access that puts the service or other people's data at risk.
Liability and law
The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Limits on liability and the law that applies are set out in your organization's agreement with Centric.
Your data and these terms
How your personal data is handled is in the privacy notice. Read the privacy notice.
